1:1 Counselling support
We provide personalised, one-on-one therapeutic support to help individuals explore their emotions, gain insights, and work through challenges. Our approach is focused on creating a safe, confidential space for clients to process their experiences and develop effective coping strategies, guiding them toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
Therapeutic Support for Children:
We focus on helping children in care develop essential life skills, build confidence, and cultivate resilience. Our trauma-informed therapies include therapeutic art and play modalities, which allow children to express themselves in creative, age-appropriate ways. Therapeutic play and arts are especially beneficial for children who may find it difficult to articulate their emotions through words alone, fostering healing, trust, and emotional growth.
Trauma-Informed Care:
Understanding the profound effects of trauma is at the core of our approach. We help parents/carers and children recognise and process the impacts of traumatic experiences, providing tools to promote emotional well-being and recovery.
Mental Health Support
We offer a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health, supporting individuals to manage and overcome challenges such as anxiety and depression. Through therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and mindfulness, we focus on helping clients understand and manage their mental health while building a foundation for long-term emotional well-being.
AOD (Alcohol & Other Drugs) Support
Our approach to Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) support is tailored for individuals and families affected by substance use. We work together to understand the impact of AOD issues and provide strategies for coping, healing, and recovery, creating a supportive environment for lasting change. AOD support is tailored to families and children who have been impacted by substance use.
Emotional Regulation
Emotional regulation is key to managing intense feelings in healthy ways. Our approach helps individuals develop the skills to recognise, understand, and manage their emotions. By learning effective emotional regulation techniques, clients can improve their emotional balance, reduce impulsivity, and respond to life’s challenges with greater calm and control.
Self-Esteem Building
We focus on helping individuals build self-esteem and confidence by challenging negative self-perceptions and fostering self-acceptance. Our approach encourages individuals to recognise their worth, overcome self-doubt, and develop a positive sense of self, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and live with greater confidence.
Behavioural Support
We work with individuals to understand and address challenging behaviours, identifying their root causes and developing positive alternatives. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies, helping clients improve their behaviour in ways that promote long-term success and personal growth, leading to better outcomes in daily life.
Stress Management
We help individuals manage stress in a healthy, balanced way. Our approach combines relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and practical strategies to cope with stressors, build resilience, and maintain well-being. We focus on empowering individuals to recognise their stress triggers and create lasting habits to manage stress effectively.
Parenting Support
We work alongside parents to navigate the challenges of raising children, providing guidance and strategies to strengthen relationships and promote healthy family dynamics. Whether it’s managing behaviour, improving communication, or coping with parenting stress, we offer practical approaches that empower parents to create a positive and supportive home environment.
Interpersonal Counselling Support
Our approach to interpersonal counselling helps individuals improve their relationships and social connections. We focus on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and addressing social anxiety. By working collaboratively, we help clients build stronger, healthier relationships in both personal and professional contexts.
