Compassionate support for children, teenagers and young adults on their journey to emotional wellbeing
Cassie is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, who is passionate about supporting children, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She supports young people facing a wide range of mental health concerns, as well as those accessing NDIS supports, always aiming to create a safe space where they feel understood, valued, and supported.
With more than a decade of experience in the welfare sector, including Home-Based Care, Mental Health, and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD). Cassie brings warmth, understanding, and practical skills to her work. She has supported children and adolescents in Out of Home Care, as well as families dealing with complex circumstances, and is committed to helping young people build resilience and confidence in themselves.
Cassie uses creative approaches such as art and play in her counselling, making it easier for children and adolescents to express their feelings and explore their experiences in ways that feel natural and engaging. Whether through creativity or conversation, her focus is always on helping young people develop coping strategies, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.
Above all, Cassie cares deeply about empowering children, adolescents, and young adults to grow, heal, and thrive. She works collaboratively with families and support networks to make sure every young person has the tools they need for a brighter future.
Referrals for NDIS, Agency, and Private clients are welcome.
